Whistleblowing

At P Capital Partners AB (the “Company”), we are committed to conducting our business with integrity and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Our Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behaviour expected of everyone acting on behalf of the Company.

We encourage anyone with a work-related relationship with the Company to report suspected misconduct or other serious concerns. Our whistleblowing arrangements provide a secure and confidential way to report concerns and help us identify and address issues at an early stage.

What can be reported?

The whistleblowing channel is intended for reporting information about serious misconduct or breaches of applicable laws, regulations, the Company's Code of Conduct or internal policies, provided that the matter is of public interest.

The whistleblowing channel should not be used for general complaints, personal employment matters or interpersonal conflicts, which should instead be raised with the Company’s management or HR.

How to report

To ensure independence and confidentiality, the Company has appointed M&G FA Limited as its independent whistleblowing provider. Reports can be made:

  • in writing through the secure reporting portal; Navexone
  • via the Whistleblowing Operations Manager at mandgspeakout@mandg.com
  • orally by contacting M&G FA Limited; EthicsPoint
  • externally to a competent public authority, where permitted by applicable law.

Reports may be submitted anonymously where permitted by applicable law.

Confidentiality

All reports are handled confidentially and investigated independently by M&G FA Limited. We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.
