We fully fund the businesses we back, so there's no need to raise again elsewhere. We never touch the cap table, no dilution of any kind.

We see ourselves as a partner. We're drawn to businesses that grow linearly, not exponentially and we don't push for an exit, our goal is building businesses that last.

Typical tickets range from EUR 10 to 30 million, for businesses with recurring revenue and a clear path to profitability.
