P Capital Partners welcomes Sofia Wetter as Chief People Officer

We are more than pleased to welcome Sofia Wetter who joined P Capital Partners earlier this year as our Chief People Officer.

Sofia brings extensive experience from senior HR leadership and advisory roles. Most recently, she spent a decade in private equity as Head of HR at Nordic Capital, where she built and led people strategy across an international organisation.

As Chief People Officer, Sofia works closely with the rest of the management team to create the conditions for talent to thrive. Her role will be instrumental as we now expand the team across all three of our strategies as well as internationally.
