About the role
We are looking for a Junior Compliance & Legal Counsel to join P Capital Partners. The role sits in the first line of defense and combines business-facing compliance work with corporate legal matters. You will support the organisation in integrating compliance into day-to-day operations and work in close collaboration with our Chief Compliance Officer (second line) and General Counsel. This is a hands-on opportunity to develop within regulatory compliance and corporate legal matters.

Responsibilities
Your tasks will include, for example:
• Assisting in compliance and corporate legal matters, including the review and negotiation of contracts, internal governance documents and AML-related questions.
• Supporting the organization in managing corporate formalities.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who holds a law degree, is at the start of their career, and is eager to build experience in compliance and corporate law. Previous experience of 1–2 years in a legal or compliance role at a bank, other financial institution, or law firm is considered a strong merit.

Role, duration
This is a full-time, permanent position. Start date is flexible.
