PCP is continuously looking for talented individuals to join the investment team during spring or fall. Our focus on investing in leading privately-owned businesses across Europe in combination with our emphasis on driving the sustainability transition offers extraordinary development opportunities. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in live transactions, analyse new investments, and support our portfolio companies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform commercial and financial analysis of potential investment opportunities
• Financial modeling
• Prepare investment decision material
• Conduct interviews with management teams and industry experts
• Monitor and support portfolio companies

Requirements for a successful candidate

• Excellent academic track record with a degree in finance, accounting, economics, and/or business
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• High motivation and drive
• Fluency in English (no Swedish required)
