Work at PCP

The landscape for corporate debt financing for midcaps in Europe has shifted considerably in the last decade, from being highly dependent on bank funding to being increasingly reliant on direct lending from credit funds and bond markets as a result of regulatory and capital allocation pressures on banks.
PCP is a market leader within direct lending and credit solutions, providing tailored debt instruments and acting as a strategic financial partner to entrepreneurs and privately owned companies across our core markets in Northern Europe.
PCP is continuously looking to add exceptional and experienced individuals with an open mind-set, a high level of self-motivation and innovative thinking.
Relevant experience from corporate debt, credit, leveraged finance or similar from a credit fund, bank or advisory firm is highly valued. Fluency in written and spoken business English is a prerequisite and proficiency in additional languages, in particular German, is an advantage.
